Chihaya's and Aya's voices are still raspy. You remember you had kept water bottles in my cooler so hand them over to the girls. They thank and start taking in big gulps - hopefully that should soothe their throats that should be aching from the salt. Then, after a few minutes the water seems to have done its cure, and the girls are now as energetic as ever. As you turn back to roll in the squid anchor - thinking of the hot bath and towels that they need after you get back, most of all a warm, hearty meal - you hear them chatter like, "Ready, now?""Let's head straight for the lower deck." Wait, are they planning another dive, right after all that they had just come through? And then some rattling sounds - and as you turn back, you note that Aya is curiously checking out your tank and diving best.

"Hey, Aya-chan..."
"(Your Name), are you cheating?"Aya giggles. "All the while we were underwater, this thing was blowing bubbles like a fish tank."
"Well, that's the breathing apparatus I use, you're right. But I wouldn't exactly call it chea..."
"You shouldn't!" Another giggle. "You can't let me and Chihaya One-chan hold our breaths crazy, and all that time you bubble and gurgle and stay cool. It's noot fair!"
'W-well..." you stutter. "Honestly, nobody's like you two. I don't have the incredible diving skills that you ha..."
"You'll be going again with us, right?" Chihaya interrupts. "WITHOUT the diving gear."
That wasn't something expected from her. "Chihaya chan? Well, I-I..."
"Let's go!" Now restless, Aya pulls on your arm like a child.
"It's ok," Smiling gently, Chihaya takes your hand and places it on her flat curved belly, palm over palm. "It only takes some concentration. Here, feel me - and breathe. One, two..."
"I don't think I can endure that much pain."
"Pain? Yes, there's some pain at first," Chihaya shows her teeth, "but you'll soon embrace it. Cold water in the lungs...it's so....."
Chihaya blushes. Interestingly, there is some tone of ecstasy as she speaks. Hmmm? Does she...happen to be masochistic?
"Hey girls," You are almost begging. "If we ever go back in, you'll need to let me use my gear. Please."

"Weeellll..." The girls pause.
